MAGIC SEA VIEW is a completely new one bedroom apartment (75sqm), completed in summer 2016, with Vietri ceramics in the floors and bathrooms that embellish the rooms. The typical vaulted ceilings of the ‘600 and the rounded walls make the environment original, moreover the view from the terraces is a breathtaking sight. At any time of the day you are enveloped in silence in a magical atmosphere. It is located in a very quiet position in Conca dei Marini, a 20-minute walk from the beach to which you descend through stairs surrounded by greenery and picturesque streets. You can reach the apartment from the Suscella square by taking a pedestrian lane for less than 100 meters which ends in the courtyard of the house, surrounded by greenery. The entrance of the apartment opens into a large and bright living room, equipped with kitchen and dining area and a comfortable double sofa bed. The living room leads to the master bedroom. The two rooms are each equipped with a bathroom with shower, the washing machine is inserted in one. They also overlook two large terraces with sea view with table and chairs, so it is pleasant to eat outside. An inflatable mattress is available in the living room if a fifth bed is needed. The apartment is equipped with INTERNET WiFi connection. The car park is in the nearby square less than 100 m away: parking cards are available. The apartment is equipped with independent heating with natural gas boiler, for the winter months. During the summer months, 100 m from the house, on request, there is a free shuttle service to get directly to the private beach “CAPO di CONCA BEACH”. Furthermore, also during the summer months, the school bus operates between Conca Alta and Conca Bassa. The house is located 10 minutes walk from the BUS stops. There are two stops: one in front of the Hotel Belvedere (Sorrento-Amalfi line) and one near the Hotel Santarosa (Agerola-Amalfi line). In 10 minutes you can reach the center of the village with shops and restaurants. There is also a small supermarket (with free home delivery service). The house has no air conditioning, but the very thick walls protect it from the heat; there is also a dehumidifier. The area is popular with tourists throughout the year, even in winter, especially for TREKKING and especially during the Christmas period. The house is not affected by tourist traffic and its location in Conca dei Marini (4 km from Amalfi, 15 km from Positano) makes it ideal, in a central and strategic position for visiting the entire Amalfi Coast. In 2017 Conca dei Marini was elected the third most beautiful village in Italy.
